"We had the family room. The sofa pull out bed was not stable. It appeared several connecting springs underneath were not connected or missing. The bathroom was small, especially for a "premium" room. The pool was closed. We were told that the pool closure was clearly announced. We used expedia, not one word about pool closed. "

"I was so worried after reading a few reviews. BUT WOW. The staff were Amazing,Room was so clean and well maintained. We loved it the most out of all our stays so far. "

"Room was dirty. Switched rooms. Second room was DIRTIER. Stains on sheets. Ac broken. Floor boards falling apart. Hole in the wall. Went down to request checkout because I paid $120 a nigh to stay there. I expect a clean room. 1 dirt room, whatever. 2 dirty rooms, that’s insane. And the GM told me she never goes up to the rooms to check them and then proceeded to say she’s going to send a housekeeper up there to check it out. I’m sorry, but that’s horrible management."

"We had a spacious room with a balcony. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Breakfast was also very good. I appreciated the round-the-clock coffee. Close to Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and Jewel Cave, among other Black Hills sites."

"Room was great as were the amenities. All the appliances worked perfectly. Great communication with the property manager. Convenient access to stores and restaurants in town. Centrally located to see Mt. Rushmore, Jewel and Wind Caves as well as Custer State Park.Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"This is a very well maintained and thoughtfully furnished and decorated cozy cabin close to everything but tucked away down a gravel road providing a sense of privacy set in a naturally rugged Black Hills landscape with beautiful starry dark night time skies. It is very pet friendly, has very comfortable beds, and is very clean. We would definitely stay there again! "

"Room was great for our trip. Ground floor pets. Easy in and out for check in and out. Front desk staff was kind, informative and quick. The indoor pool wasn't the warmest but it's shape and style was very unique. Free on site laundry with nice washers and dryers was incredibly helpful after our long trip. AC could use an upgrade and filter needed replaced. Still worked well enough though. The little quirks were cute; colored trash bags, shapes and style of furniture. In the front office there were books and games to use at your leisure which was nice. We loved the style of the Inn itself. Restaurant next door was a great atmosphere for kids, grab and go kinda food was good and not too pricey. Overall would love to come back for a visit when its a bit warmer to use the outdoor pool also. "

"The hotel was good enough and close to town. The room was a little dark which didn't feel inviting to us, possible just a difference in taste. The room was clean but the beds and comforters were not very comfortable. The breakfast was not worth going to. Over all a good stay but we'll try something else next visit."
