Okay, first there was a disconnect between Hotels.com and the hotel, because I had confirmation of reserving two rooms, but they only had me reserving one. No big deal, they had extra rooms available. In the one room, the TV didn't work. They couldn't seem to fix it, so gave us a different room. I felt bad though, because I later realized I'd left my phone charger in the original room, so had to get the front desk guy to come open the room for me. He was very nice about it! But, then we come to the breakfast. After looking at the limited options, we decided to find breakfast elsewhere.
