From the very day I checked in, there has been ongoing maintenance work at the hotel. Loud banging and construction noise continued throughout the day, making it impossible to relax or work. What’s most frustrating is that this was planned maintenance, yet the hotel still chose to allocate these rooms to guests.
I am staying here for 21 days, which makes this situation even more unacceptable. I was told that if I called the front desk, the work would stop. but despite calling, nothing changed. When I raised my concerns again, they moved me to another room, only for the same maintenance work to start there the very next day.
This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and poorly handled. Planned construction should be communicated clearly in advance, and guests should never be placed in rooms affected by such disruptive noise. I expected far better consideration and professionalism.
