The property was clean and neat and they staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms were functional and the outlets all worked (not always true in some hotels.) The breakfast area is very nice and there is a variety of food. Plenty of room for folks to gather for breakfast or relax in the evening. The gym is much nicer than the typical hotel gyms. There is a pool, but we didn't check out that area. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and this will be our "go to" hotel when we are in the area.

I felt like this property was not worth the price you had to pay. Ice machine on my floor was not working. The breakfast was just ok. I would stay here again because of the convenience to where I needed to be but was disappointed.

The staff were very nice and friendly. The halls and rooms look especially outdated and ours was.not.clean….it was gross…hairs/dirt/dust in different places in the bathroom, hairs on a bed, large stains on a bed skirt, extra large stain on a mattress under the pillow, etc. I literally picked this hotel on the sole fact that it was rated a 9.2 out of 10. I don’t even look at hotels below a 9 usually. We were very disappointed but thankfully just passing through late so only stayed the one night. The staff were very nice and friendly. My husband overheard a staff member really going after a housekeeper the next morning so maybe they are slacking and management is trying to correct that.?. I sure hope so. I didn’t eat the breakfast but some of my family did and indicated it was decent, quite a few hot options. The pool was small but looked clean/nice although we didn’t use it.

We stayed at this property from 11/19-11/26. The front desk was always pleasant and helpful. Check-in was simple. The tiles in the bathroom directly in front of the sink were all cracked and moved as you stepped on them. We notified the front desk and she said she would send maintenance. I am not sure if they ever came because the tiles were still moving. We were advised that if you stayed for 5 days or more, they do a complimentary refresh. On our 5th day, we inquired about the refresh and were told by the front desk that they would send someone. When we arrived back that evening, no one had been to our room to clean. My boyfriend went to the front desk the next morning to let them know, and the housekeeper happened to be standing next to him and told him she would take care of it and was going to our room, right now. We returned that evening and once again, our room was not clean. The next morning, we advised the front desk we needed our room clean and this was now the third time requesting it. At this point, our garbage cans were overflowing, and we had pile of used towels in our room. The woman at the front desk provided us with the names of the front desk manager and offered us a garbage bag to empty our own garbage cans. We were advised there was no general manager at the property. We never had a room clean the entire week we stayed, very disappointed in this hotel.

UNACCEPTABLE!

The Hampton inn in Hernando caught fire in February of 2024 & is currently CLOSED. NO ONE from there or Hotels.com contacted me concerning this. I found this information out on my own the day after the cancellation date yet I still received emails saying the trip was just days away. IF I’d not seen this closure on the website 11 people would’ve been faced with no place to stay for our conference. It’s UNACCEPTABLE that the hotel nor hotels.com did not contact me about this closure!!l

Staff was amazing for the most part. The young lady working the front desk on New Years Day coulf have been a little more friendly. Cost was great. Brrakfast was nice. Rooms are very small. They actually paid attention to my top floor request! Thank you.
