I want to briefly mention a situation during my stay that really disturbed me. I still can’t get over the shock of the cleaning staff entering my room without permission at 11:57, even though the checkout time was 12:00. I was already packed and about to leave, but since I still had 3 minutes, I wanted to make a phone call before heading out. However, at 11:52 the cleaning staff suddenly came into my room and told me to leave because “your checkout time has come,” using a tone and attitude that were extremely unpleasant. Even though I told her I was leaving, she didn’t respond and walked out of the room—only to barge in again 4 minutes later, this time shouting “just get out” in an even harsher tone. What concerns me most is the clear lack of security. If a cleaning staff member can enter the room without knocking or permission while I’m inside, I worry about who might enter when I’m not there. This makes the hotel feel unsafe, and I strongly advise not leaving any valuables in the room. Additionally, the cleanliness throughout my stay was very poor. Half-used items from previous guests were still in the fridge, the kettle was very dirty, and I don’t even want to mention the state of the bathroom. I have no idea how this place received its star rating. I was misled by the rating. don’t let the same happen to you.

Biz çift olarak konaklama yaptık. 302 numaralı odada 2 gece 3 gün misafir olduk. İki hafta öncesinden konuştuk ve Koray beyle çalışanları bizimle çok ilgili davrandılar, birçok kez aradım hepsinde ilgilendiler çok teşekkürler. Odalar bize sıcak hissettirdiği için tercih etmiştik. Gerçekten odalar göründüğü gibi geniş ve tertemiz. Evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz, kurutma makinesi büyük ve kullanışlı (uzun saçlı olarak benim için çok önemliydi.) Tuvalet banyo biraz eski görünümlü ama asla pis değil. Dışarıdaki seslerden de hiç rahatsız olmadık, konforlu ve sıcacık (petekler akşam açılıyor) bir uykuydu. Tek sorun son gece başka misafirlerin çok sesini aldık. Ulaşım olarakta her yere yakın, metroya 10 dk, otobüse 5 dk, galataya 10-15 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Her şey için çok teşekkürler bir daha geldiğimizde tekrar konaklayacağımız bir yer. Bereketli çalışmalarınız olsun
