Omstead's B&B is located at a beautiful waterfront cottage with a scenic view of Lake Erie. Private beach and large backyard garden are yours to enjoy during your stay. The backyard is facing east so it is also a perfect location to experience sunrise. With warm-hearted hosts serving gourmet breakfast, you will enjoy a pleasant and unforgettable stay of your trip. There is nothing to complain. We'd like to thank Margo and Keith for their wonderful hospitality and hope to stay in their lovely cottage again during our next trip.

This was the greatest chance find I’ve ever made. Had been looking for a place to stay in the region, but nothing was available at a reasonable price. This BnB has a mystical feel to it, very serene and peaceful. You are dotted on from the moment you arrive, but not smothered. It feels like going to visit your favourite aunt and uncle for a night, or for however long you stay.

The hosts are the best and very welcoming. The house was decorated as with rustic atmosphere which I really liked. The lake view was great and nice place to sit down and rest outside. The servered excellent fresh made breakfast that includes fresh biscuits, freshly made Keish, greek yougurt dessert, fresh coffee and juice of choice Margo also packed freshly made muffins so that we can eat it while visiting Peelee National Park I will certainly stay here if happens to be staying in the area again

The hosts are amazing wonderful people, we advised them that we would be leaving incredibly early and not to worry about us. Instead Margo was up at 4:30 am packing us a meal to go, fresh muffins, juice, yogurt, etc. it is a beautiful place, spotless and very close to all spots we were trying to get to. Great bed and breakfast, hosted by the Omsteads. The vintage decor is supported by great modern touches (lights in the right places), and an amazing location on the shores of Lake Erie. Margot and Keith are the quintessential hosts. They have a wonderful home and they have an amazing backyard and patio that hugs Lake Erie's shoreline. The breakfast would win a prize in a gourmet cooking magazine. My wife and I have travelled around the world and this is, by far, without a doubt, the VERY BEST BNB we have ever stayed at. A fantastic and unique experience! The property is located right by the water with incredible view of Lake Erie, stunning night sky, the milky way and gorgeous sunrise. Margo has a world of knowledge on everything and was the friendliest host I ever have at a B&B. We were treated with such attentiveness, from bringing us quilts while we sat outside to leaving flashlight & bug spray knowing that we planned to stargaze in the middle of the night. The breakfast, oh the breakfast! Five star food with five star service! Just the food she served at breakfast is enough reason to stay there!! Love to go back!

This was the best b&b experience we have ever had. Margo and Keith were very welcoming hosts, and their home was so lovely and comfortable, with a beautiful view right on the lake (the pictures on here do not do it justice!). And oh my gosh - the food! Margo is an excellent cook, her breakfasts were unbelievable. Everything was just so lovely, we did not want to leave. Amazing host!! The breakfast is simply divine. This property is conveniently access to restaurants, wineries and Point Pelee National Park. The BnB is located on the shoreline with a superb view, where can you get a more beautiful sunrise! Both Margo and Keith is wonderful, thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!
