We stayed for 2 nights, and overall, it wasn’t the most relaxing experience. The rooms were on the smaller side, which wasn’t a huge issue but something to keep in mind if you're expecting more space. One of the bigger annoyances was the elevator situation — despite having 6+ elevators, it took a long time to get on one. That was a bit frustrating, especially when you're in a rush.
The buffet was another letdown. It was really crowded, and while the food was refilled, the selection wasn’t that great, and a lot of items ran out quickly. The whole experience felt chaotic, with people constantly waiting for food to be restocked.
On the plus side, the pool area had a stunning view, and it wasn't crowded, which made it a much more peaceful experience compared to the rest of the hotel.
A big shoutout to the staff, though — they were all incredibly helpful and always seemed happy to assist. Their positive attitude really made a difference in the overall experience.
