Roaches!
We left early because they had roaches. Our room was not ready when we got there like promised at 3 o’clock. We had to wait until after four. The cleaning lady had her kids running around the whole time., there were two washcloths for three nights and two people. The mattress pad had stains on it where it had not been washed. Luckily, I brought my own sheets and pad because everything was nasty. The shower was clean. Needless to say, I will not be staying here again

Winter visit to Pigeon Forge.
This is the 3rd or 4th time we've stayed there. Great price, and great location for Pigeon Forge. Rooms are basic but all we need for a few days in the mountains.

Trashy place
Walked in to room, walked right back out. It looks like the ratings were bought. I have stayed in some sketchy places. But this was the worst ever and no refund!! Hotels.com has let me down again! DO NOT STAY HERE. Room smelled like urine, smoke and pot. People sitting in walkway while trying to get to our room.

Do not expect to get the room u see in the pics here on Expedia. The room they first gave us was outdated and smelled very old. Roaches running up the walls.A big stain on the old 1970s comforter. So we told him these are not the pics we saw on Expedia, he gave us a “supposedly”updated room. Nicer floors, and walls but the cousin roaches was in there. The housekeepers young daughter walked in on us without knocking. Old bedding in the new rooms. This place is the definition of roach motel! I would never come here again. I can’t believe this is rated so high on here and am literally shaking my head!

The room was a little outdated. It had a smell to it when you first walked in each time that I did not like. The shower spout was super short but the water pressure was amazing. The beds were comfortable and slept good. The parking was very limited and that I did not like but the area we loved. Right down the road from the Old Mill and all the geese would come up close behind the hotel at night so we thoroughly enjoyed walking the walkway by the riverside everyday we were there. Overall it is a good hotel for your money, just needs a little updating for the double rooms. Location was PERFECT for us!

Since the elevator is not inside the building; the “No smoking” sign is completely ignored which stunk, literally, but otherwise it was not bad.

The hotel is nice out very outdated they never came around to bring you fresh towels we asked them and they said they were short staffed so we had to go down and get towels every day they never picked the old towels up or trash we had to sit outside the door the bathroom doorway was very very small very hard to get into for a bigger person parking was very limited great area though other than being outdated the hotel wasn't very good shape other than not having anybody to give you fresh towels and stuff like that a good experience
