Porém, o frigobar chega vazio e ninguém avisa que as bebidas precisam ser retiradas na recepção — você só descobre quando já está no quarto. A cama é muito baixa, com colchão mole. O quarto tem apenas dois travesseiros e a coberta deixa a desejar. O café da manhã é fraco, com poucas opções. O estacionamento custa R$ 32,00 por dia, mas o serviço praticamente não existe: entregam a chave e o próprio hóspede precisa manobrar e retirar o carro da vaga. Um ponto positivo são os funcionários da limpeza, que são muito bons e super atenciosos.
