The check in was ok. Our room was so so. The bed was abolutely terrible. My wife and i got very little sleep because of the bed. I was going into surgery the next day, so the lack of sleep was not good. When we asked if there was a room that may have a decent bed that we chould change to for the next night, we were informed that even if there was another room, they were not allowed to change us. very bad policy. We wanted to check out, but were told that they could not check us out. We could only check out through the app. (Another bad policy) we couldn't do anything. Even though our stay was terrible, and the cancellation was the very day we checked in, there was no appeal we could make. I tried to call to talk to somebody, but the one time i got through, i could not even understand the person on the other end. Bad Bad Bad! hire people in America, or at least someone that is able to speak, and understand the language. We have decided that never again will we use any of those services, or any hotel that uses them again. Very poor service. We had to pay for the other day even though the stay was terrible. We found another hotel that had nothing to do with these services. Kind of hard to do when your in surgery, and have to find a room the same day.
