Very nice ans family friendly hotel. Very conveniently placed with a backdoor to the beach. The childrens water playground in the pictures was under construction or maintenance during out stay but our child 8 years old enjoyed the arranged activities, the other pools and the beach😍 We will definitely come back!

Big modern hotel. Seemed very busy by pools and in buffet restaurant. Room had terrible view over reception roof. Only had breakfast in hotel. Plenty of choice but poor in quality (so called English sausages, bacon disgusting). Room clean and staff friendly.

We did not like our stay at all.

This place is soooooo....huge lots of people lots of noise. The buffet is lign up for everything. If you don't like big crowds stay away from this place. Even the pools are crowded. The only time wecwere in a relaxed enviruonment was in our room or outside of the complex. Also their AC are so filthy peoplecate breathing this terrible air

Rocio at the front desk was very welcoming and all the staff in general were happy to say hello! As a solo traveller, I felt very safe the entire duration of my stay. Lots of bars, restaurants and shopping more local to the hotel as well. Great to have an option of a more relaxed pool which I preferred. Great hotel with great all inclusive option

Great resort, great food buffet with choices for all desired taste For longer stays it is possible to choose the all inclusive option - Which we highly recommend - it works! and applies to bar, restaurant, snackbar, poolbar and the room minibar. Bars carries most brands - foreign is included too - Best ever “all inclusive” concept! We will be back!

Family and Childen Hotel NO Adults Only Area

We came here twice last year April and September, the quiet sunbathing area at the front was Adults only which was great as that’s what we wanted. This year I’ve never see so many children and babies in this area, screaming, crying, running in between the beds while you’re trying relax.. and then the food area again full off families. There’s just no quiet area for Adults to relax and enjoy.

The family rooms are on what seems to be the older side of the hotel and facing the larger pools. It can be noisy at night with the pool noise. The rooms are clean. The beds are super firm which is not my preference. Overall, it was a good two night stay for my family as we stayed in Spain an extra two days after our son completed soccer training.

Average all-inclusive hotel

It was an okay all-inclusive hotel near the beach, we did the half pension with breakfast and one more meal. The rooms and everything else were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast and food were okay but not good. We visited during high season, and it was way too crowded everywhere. It is impossible to get a sunchair if you follow the rules and do not reserve one early in the morning. The location of the hotel was good.
