The family room was perfect, very clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated . Check in was easy, all staff were very helpful and friendly . Breakfast was the highlight, we didn’t need to eat for the rest of the day! The lady who served us was so very friendly and accommodating to our youngest daughter who is a very fussy eater, ensuring she had a breakfast to enjoy !! 100% recommend staying . Beautiful old building, but fully modernized and well-decorated room. Cleaning team was excellent. But the stars were the staff we saw every day in the pub - wonderful and friendly people, always happy for a chat.

The Hand & Flower hotel is a fantastic place to stay! We are a family of 5 and had plenty of room staying in one of the suites. The staff is very friendly and the food was tasty. We enjoyed the complimentary English Breakfast every morning. Be aware that the hotel is very old and does not have an elevator. Everything else was wonderful!

Hand & Flower was one of the best stays i've had in years! The building is beautifully updated, super close to rail and bus stops and the food/drink at the restaurant on the first floor were great! To top it off, Carlos and his team went above and beyond when our flight out was canceled last minute. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again!

Hotel room is newly refurbished, a good sized twin room with all the facilities you need, fridge with water / milk. Tea coffee and toiletries. Plus aircon which was needed as the outside temperature was 32degrees! Staff are very friendly & the hot breakfast selection is great.

A charming Inn .

Wonderful experience of a old English Inn with 10 rooms over a cute Pub. Recently remodeled and very friendly staff. You can stay at a Marriott in any city in the world, why not enjoy London with the charm of a place like the Hand and Flower?

Expertly hosted by Jaz who made the whole experience of staying here a memorable one. Room large and comfortable and breakfast excellent. Hotel due a refurb soon which it needs but even in its current state of repair I would still visit again.
