From start to finish, our stay was exceptional. The hotel staff went above and beyond—so friendly, thoughtful, and helpful throughout our visit. Due to unexpected train delays, we had to call ahead, and the staff kindly made arrangements to ensure we could access our room even if we arrived after hours.
On our last day, we had to check out before breakfast service began, so the manager and chef generously prepared fresh fruit bowls for us the night before—such a thoughtful gesture. We also dined at the hotel restaurant, and the food was fantastic: the fish and chips were the best we had in London!
The hotel itself is beautiful, with charming historic character throughout. Conveniently, there’s a bus stop right outside and a Tube station just a four-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city. Highly recommend!
