The property has this Retro look and feeling. One feels as if time has come back. The building is protected and some features cannot be changed. It was a great stay. I would have liked to see the protected outdoors patio being used with a coffee shop as it was in the past. What a pity, because its huge window allows one to see the sidewalk, the ocean and the traffic. Great to work, have a drink and relax.

An old splendor

This hotel was once the second best in Santos. In the last 80 years, I am a Santos native, it has lost its luster. The staff does a great job but the structure needs help.

Perfect!

We’d been staying in the Ibis which wasn’t good. Moved here and it’s great. Ok, from the outside it does need a coat of paint, as does some of the inside but our room was excellent, clean and well serviced. English is spoken in reception and nothings too much trouble. Breakfast is good and plentiful. All in all, wish we’d have stayed here for our whole stay.

Old and in need of renovations

Atlantico Hotel is located across the street from the beach in Santos. This hotel is old and in need of repairs. It could be renovated to look like a grand old hotel, but it's current condition is falling apart. Our room was clean, but again old. It was an acceptable place to spend the night. A free breakfast buffet was offered, and valet parking for a fee.

Hotel grande, quarto grande e muito limpo. Cama e travesseiros confortaveis. Banheiro e chuveiro bons e limpos. POrem o Hotel precisa de nova modernização pois ja ha pintura precisando de manutenção, chuveiros bons mas ja envelhecidos. Roupa de baixo da cama poderia ser mais grossa para nao soltar do colchão. Mas mesmo assim achei minha estadia otima e voltaria mais vezes.

Hotel precisa de manutenção de limpeza nas janelas que se apresentam muito sujas, com muita poeira, são antigas mas precisam de manutenção, fechadura da porta também imperra ao abrir ou fechar a porta, o quarto que fiquei sem vista para a praia, quarto e roupas de cama bem limpos, funcionários da recepção bem frios, sem simpatia e funcionários da limpeza conversam, gritam, e dão risadas entre eles, logo cedo atrapalhando o sono e descanso na hospedagem. Café da manhã bem farto, localização excelente para comércio e restaurantes, ainda bem pois o bar e o restaurante hotel são muito caros. Esses pontos negativos que citei, são ajustes que devem ser corrigidos e que não invalidam a minha hospedagem pois teve pontos positivos importantes que com certeza retornarei a reservar hospedagem nesse hotel.
