This was a lovely, peaceful property where we could unwind from our other travels. The little town was completely walkable and welcoming. The market is a "must" for anyone coming to this town. This is a charming little hotel - a bit offbeat, artsy, welcoming and in a wonderful location. Sabine, the proprietress, couldn't have been more helpful with recommendations and dinner reservations. While not a full service hotel (ie, no restaurant, lobby or 24-hour reception desk) it was perfect as a homey stay for a few nights in the heart of town.

This is one of the best stays we have had in France! Patrick and Sabine were very kind and patient, especially with parking and check-in. We were pleasantly impressed with the cleanliness of the room as well as the quiet courtyard and room decor. Amazing rooms in a redeveloped Augustinian monastery - remains of the original building are features of many parts of the property. Hosts, Patrick and Sabine couldn’t be more helpful and there are some excellent bars and restaurants nearby. Only a short walk to all the architectural and cultural highlights of old Avignon.
