Overall, I think this is a good value for the price. The property is well-maintained, but I do wish the rooms, particularly the bathrooms, received a bit more attention in terms of upkeep.

Moldy and old

The rooms are very moldy, lots of cockroaches, bad air and breathing environment in rooms. The all inclusive wine is undrinkable and they want 5000kes for a bottle that is drinkable. Lots of things in bar not included. No hot water the first night and dirty room. Not because it hasn’t been cleaned but because it is old.

Goed hotel, ik kom terug.

Geweldig hotel, je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt. All inclusive, Eten drinken wat je wilt vanaf 11 uur tot 11 uur avonds. Buiten die tijd moet je betalen. Uitchecken is om 10 uur, je mag nog wel ontbijten maar daarna is je pakket over. Vlieg je dus later op de dag hou hier rekening mee. Kamer was groot en netjes, fijn bed met matras.

It was a run down resort. Pictures are very outdated from expedia. Everyone was nice and friendly but our room was disgusting.. we had small ants in our bathroom, the window wouldn’t close so we had to sleep with the bathroom door closed and in the morning we found more bugs. The toilet had a mind of its own flushed when it wanted too, took us 3-5 attempts to flush. We checked out early because it was horrible and disgusting. The food was always left open and flies all over the food. We got all inclusive but was limited to the drinks, should have been advertised.you had to pay for extra things like ice cream or speciality drinks, so much for all inclusive. Just go somewhere else or stay in Nairobi.

The overall experience was not bad. The staff were friendly and mostly helpful. The food was ok, nothing special and the all inclusive drinks were limited to their list. If you book the hotel, make sure you choose the all inclusive package instead of the full board to get all inclusive deals. The only really inconvenient thing was the condition of the hotel which is old and outdated. The toilets are the worst. THEY DON'T FLUSH WELL. By the way the restaurant CAVE SUCKS!!!
