It was clean Close to the Children's Hospital Easy to use Lightrail to go to Circular Quay Rooms, were quiet and very dark at night. A few nice eateries close by where we could bring our food back to the room after a long day.

Staff were so accomodating and helpfull with our needs and we could t thank them enough. Property was well maintained and very quiet for a location next to busy streets. Perfect location for great restaurants and light rail and trains into the CBD

We stayed here due to a medical emergency. The place is located in the heart of Randwick, literally across the road from POW hospital. Parking is a challenge and you are reliant on street parking. The location is fantastic however, directly opposite coffee shops. It’s only a very short walk to restaurants and pubs. A room was very small but otherwise well appointed and very clean. Staff were very helpful and the place was easy to get in and out of after hours. A beautiful building from the outside. Ideal if you have family in the hospital complex.

No breakfast available. No water provided. Exceptionally noisy from the road and the washing machines which run at night and can be heard in the room. My room was not cleaned for two days, during my 4 day stay. This was extremely disappointing. By the time I had spoken to Reception to arrange for new towels, I’d run out of time for a shower before an evening out. Reception usually opens after you’ve left for the day and often before your return to the room so very unhelpful. I booked an extra night, was told to pack up all my things only to find out I wasn’t moving rooms. The girl on the desk was not apologetic when I complained that the room hadn’t been cleaned, the bed not made, towels not replaced, instead she implied it was my fault because of the time I booked the room. Do not stay here if you like to be able to be helped by staff at Reception, like your room to be serviced, prefer a quiet room, like to eat breakfast at the hotel. Upon my return to Sydney, I stayed at another hotel which was quiet with clean rooms and helpful staff. I advise against staying here.
