Excellent hotel in a perfect location to explore Granada. I was a solo female traveller and felt perfectly safe. The staff were extremely helpful and my single room was spotless and exceptionally comfortable. Bathroom was excellent too. The complimentary tea,coffee and biscuits in the shared lounge was a wonderful touch Throughly enjoyed my stay . Look forward to a return visit

a gem for a one night stay

I stayed in a single room which was okay. The air conditioning seemed not to work properly and because it was rather warm during the day the temperature in the room stayed higher I wanted. The shower was inside the room so all the humidity didn’t go away. Also the glass window to shower and wc made me think if it was the case with double rooms too ☺️ Clean hotel and room with spectacular location in the very heart of the city. Otherwise okay but temperature and humidity issues this time.

Beautiful hotel, great area, but loud construction

The hotel was beautiful and perfectly located in Malaga. Very walkable to all the restaurants and boutiques. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and it had good accommodations. The key card did keep losing magnetism, but not a huge deal. However... they were renovating the room next door to me and construction began at 7:00am on both days— walking up to drilling and hammering that early was not my idea of beginning the day on my vacation. So that’s why I took away two stars.

Good location but very basic and not as advertised

Location is the saving grace of the hotel. Generally clean but bathroom could be better. Basic hotel but lacks some basics. No bin in the room for example and bathroom sink soap dispenser didn’t work. As a platinum member and this allegedly being a VIP access hotel, should have been offered a free bottle of drink and room upgrade but neither was offered. Restaurant next door is part of the hotel but expensive, better options located close by.
