2/10 Poor

No hot water for shower for 2 days of our stay. I tried to discuss concern with hotel staff but they did not find a solution and said they did not speak English. Bad customer service - elevator was not working. Breakfast was finished by 8 am even though we were told breakfast was until 10 am. I had to ask for food. Hotel staff was not proactive. The safe was not working. The air conditioner was broken.
