Las instalaciones del hotel están muy buenas. Los departamentos de dos habitaciones son súper cómodos para una familia con dos hijos. El desayuno excelente y el personal siempre bien predispuesto. Volvería

This is very budget friendly hotel to stay specially for family. I was on two bedroom suites with my family. It was wonderful and big rooms, living area kitchenette. Very friendly staff and they picked me from the airport.

The staff were all so polite, courteous and appeared happy to be at work and to be of help. Special mention to Yut and Kang who drove us a couple of times, and the staff at breakfast (especially Peewai - pardon spelling) every morning. The rooms were nice and clean and beds were comfortable.

Phunawa is a faded beauty on the outside. We stayed in a refurbished room (2 bed 2 bath) and it was very clean, comfortable, nicely updated, modern- perfect for a family. They included basic cooking amenities (plates, cutlery, 2 pans, dish washing liquid). The restaurant was under renovation when we visited so breakfast was in a smaller location- still very tasty though. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The greenery around the property is pretty. I would stay here again especially with a family!

The resort is perfectly situated in Karon it's less than a 10 min walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We booked taxi via Grab app which is very easy to use and it was cheap to get about if you haven't hired transport. The Resort had what we wanted morning breakfast catered for all taste including your classics. The rooms were cleaned everyday and comfortable. Staff were friendly. We didn't use the pool much as we were at the beach but it was clean and kept well. We really enjoyed our stay and would book this hotel again in Karon.

We had a lovely stay. The room was newly refurbished and very comfortable and large. The staff without exception were polite friendly and helpful. We had a room with a private roof terrace with a jacuzzi and we would recommend this as the pool despite being very nice does not offer a lot of sun bathing space. Overall very good value.

We found our stay good value for the money we paid. Our room was spacious, cleaned daily, the bed was big and comfortable and the shower reasonably powerful although not always hot but we don’t require that as we prefer cool showers. The breakfast buffet wasn’t the biggest but it was more than sufficient with fresh fruit, freshly cooked eggs any style you like as well as the usual European and Thai preferences. We’d stay again so probably cant give a better review than that.

Unit is spacious especially the bathrooms, but cleanliness on the flooring could be better. Stafff are very friendly. Buffet breakfast average and many choices. The swimming pools are closing at 7pm hence we didn’t have a chance to utilize them after day trips. Free shuttle bus service provided is great.

Heerlijk verblijf…lekker gezwommen en supervriendelijke service! We hadden een upgrade gekregen en het was heel ruim! Voor diegene die slecht ter been zijn. Vanuit restaurant of stad terug naar resort: het is bergop lopen. Of Bolt bestellen (goedkoper tov Grab). Karon beach is een vd mooiste stranden van Phuket! Een heerlijk restaurant is ‘sweet and sour’ niet ver vh resort af.

Sødt personale - dårligt hotel

Det eneste som trækker hotellet op er deres venlige personale. Morgenmaden var kedelig, poolen var beskidt, sengene på værelset var hårde som sten og vores dør til værelset var i stykker da vi kom. Vi havde valgt hotellet fordi det lå tæt på stranden, det tog ca 20 min at gå derned. Vi var slet ikke på hotellet, men kun ude i byen. Vil man gerne bruge tid på sit hotel, så vil jeg ikke anbefale dette.

I stay in this property in February 2020. I have booked a "Deluxe room with garden view" and I was assigned a ground floor room with no view/privacy (staff members would park their bike just infront to our glass door). Also some furniture in the room was damaged. I complained to the manager and her reaction was apalling, she said that the room was the "right one" and she was aware about the wrong description but it was not her fault (I would have expected the manager to apologize and offer immidiately another room). I informed the manager that I would have had to take this to expedia and she replied "call them". Obviously i did call them and she assigned a different room. I would reccomend to avoid this hotel, there are some good rooms (this is why some people give a positive review) however the hotel is not nice at all, needs extensive maintainance, the pool area is not inviting at all and the restaurant provides very poor food and service, cleaning of rooms is also inadequate. It feels as a 3 star hotel maximum. Never again!

Kokemus jäi positiivisen puolelle. Hotelli on jo parhaat päivänsä nähnyt; kuluneita pintoja ja vanhahtavat kalusteet. Altaassa paljon rikkoutuneita laattoja, joista yksi rikkoi majoittujan jalan. Yksinäinen torakkakin vessassa majoittui. Palvelu oli erinomaista, eikä rannalle lopulta ollut edes kovin pitkä matka.
