Amazing. The photos don’t do any justice. It’s brand new and so modern, my stay was 10/10 and Nicky the conceirge really helped me with everything, making sure it was perfect. I love this place. The property is excellent with ocean view. We stayed there from 25/12/2025 to 30/12/2025. Our flight was at 5 p.m., I asked to extend my stay on 30/12/2025 to 1 p.m. as the check out time is 10 a.m. Nicky did extend my stay to 11 a.m. (1 hour after the check out time) instead of 1 p.m. as she said there were customers check in after.

We were early upon check in and Axel (property manager) greeted us warming and hosted us in his office with lively conversation and a welcome rum drink. It was a wonderful way to start our experience. We then sat out by the pool waiting for our room to be ready. Once in our room we were blown away by the stunning views and high end quality of the property. This is a residence, not a hotel. Don’t expect amenities like breakfast or bar. They offer concierge service but she was slack and seemed like she. I think she was getting kickbacks from our driver and restaurant recommendations If we could do it differently we would have gotten our own rental car. This property is on top of a hill and it’s going to cost you $15 to $40 to get to the beach and food. We stayed earlier in our trip on the French side and it felt more way more festive and safer. The only think lacking was availability by the concierge, I didn’t get the impression it was her “real” job. We asked her for recommendations and booked us a reservation for dinner at The Holla

I was hesitant on booking because it didn't have any reviews, but that's because it is brand new opened up less than a month ago. Upon entering, I was astonished at how beautiful the room was. And I got the ocean view which was so breathtaking. Our concierge Nicki was so accommodating. If you're thinking about booking this place do it!!! The only downside I would say is that the beach is not walking distance due to it being on a hill. It is a drive from the main strip in Simpson Bay, but it is worth the drive. And you also have to pass security to go on the road to the hotel so it's extra safe. You don't have to worry about anybody breaking into the room because you need a key to enter and exit the room.

My experience at Panorama was excellent! I chose this location as my home base for my recent trip to St. Barts, mainly because it offered luxurious living spaces, with incredible ocean views. It's located close to the port in Philipsburg where I would commute to and from the island. The room was spacious, stylish, and well stocked with excellent Nespresso coffee, snacks and beverages upon arrival. Panorama is situated on top of a cliff on the southern tip of Point Blanche with a great view of Caribbean Sea. The staff were very helpful and accommodating from the moment of arrival to our final farewell. It's a great spot if you value safety and style, while relaxing by the pool or on one of the many beautiful terraces. The area is a bit secluded and quiet so having a rental car is a must. There are no restaurants, bars or stores within walking distance so keep that in mind if you're looking for a more lively social experience. Overall, Panorama provided a wonderful and peaceful stay.

Le complexe est magnifique. Flambant neuf, il ne manque rien. Un peu loin des attraits mais avec une voiture aucun problème. Magnifique vue de 180 degrés sur la mer du balcon. Les terrasses offrent aussi une vue magnifique et l'on peut voir le port des bateaux de croisière. Tous simplement WOW. À recommander.
