The place was very convenient for traveling, close to the freeway I-5. The only problem is that you need to stay on the entrance side because of freeway noise. Unfortunately we were on the freeway side and had already moved our luggage and cooler in the room, plus my wife had already hung up clothes in room. There are no extras in the room. Tissues, shampoo, lotion etc., are not provided. Food, shopping, gas are nearby. Definitely would stay again next time through the area. The room is equipped with small kitchen

This is a new property and after staying there on our way down to our cruise, I ensure that we booked another night on our return trip home. Absolutely loved the hotel. Easily accessible from the freeway and all restaurants or shopping.

The room was filthy. Floors were so dirty we wouldn't take off our shoes, bathroom was dirty. We booked our room with two queen beds through hotels.com and the reservation at the hotel showed up as one queen. We asked for non-freeway side so we could sleep without the constant I-5 noise. Our room had one queen bed on the freeway side. We changed it at the front desk and they gave us two queens but still on the noisy freeway side. We gave up and took the room and didn't sleep all night and it was also extremely dirty.

This property did the bare minimum regarding comfort for customers no dishes, coffee maker blow dryer, or iron in room. If you are expecting these things for 150.00-200.00 a night don’t. I would not recommend anyone here. Also bed hurt my husband’s and my back so bad that we couldn’t sleep in and honestly the light shinned right in on us no black out curtains. These are things that are loved in hotel rooms. We should not have to ask for most of these things very inconvenient for us and the workers. Most inconvenient problem was only one elevator. Come on WoodSprings DO BETTER!!!

Excellent staff, so kind, funny and helpful! The room was amazing! It would've been nice to have tissues, and silverware though. Maybe a small blanket for when sitting on the. Otherwise great staff!

I love that the hotel was new and clean and so conveniently located right off the freeway. Having worked in Hospitality before it is a big deal to keep guests away from noise. My only --but also a very big complaint --is that I was put into room 113 on what appeared to be not a very full occupancy night. I know that I could easily have been put in a different room but the constant closing and slamming of the doors nearby which I'm guessing were part of the staff laundry rooms, woke me up early in the morning and kept me from being able to go back to sleep. I was also hearing them later in the evening when I was trying to get settled. I had asked at check-in if my room was near an elevator which I was told it was not. In hindsight I almost would have preferred that. I recommend never putting anyone in the couple of rooms closest to that laundry room unless you are completely sold out. I would keep people as far away because of how frequent the doors are closing, and quite honestly they're slamming.

The staff that we interacted with, were all great. Friendly, especially Larry. We stayed there April 22nd, met Larry & decided to stay there again (April 26th). PLEASE paint the words "60 foot parking for Trailers/RV ONLY" on the asphalt where you park your trailer. There are only 5 spots. Frustrating to see a single car parked there. Some people are just selfish. Front desk clerks need to tell guest when they are checking in, that they cannot park in the Trailer parking or they will be towed. (you do not have to tow) Just gets them to move their car. Can't wait to stay there again. Hopefully you will have the kitchen stocked so we can use it. Dish soap as well. Front Desk staff again, were all so nice. I hope you let them know that a guest spoke very positively about them.

So. When we got to the hotel. They told us theres a local deposit of 200 dollars. Thats reasonable. But how in the world is brookings and klamath falls local?? Thats absolutely crazy thats the local distance the cover.. over almost 300 mile radius. We did not stay. And wont be trying again

New facility, but poorly managed. Reserved a 2 queen room for 3 travelers. Ad says “sleeps 4” they only supply two bath towels, 2 washcloths, and zero hand towels. My wife went to the front desk and the clerk said she would have to turn in the two towels before she could get any additional ones. Wife explained that there were 3 guest in our room, and begrudgingly received a third bath towel, but no hand towels. There was no shampoo or conditioner supplied for the shower and only a single small bar of soap at the sink. The room was advertised as having a kitchenette, which was true, but there was absolutely nothing in the way of utensils, dishes or cookware, no drinking glasses, coffee mugs paper towels, etc. The lamp next to the beds was inoperative. We brought our dog along, & I picked this hotel because of their advertised pet policy which stated that there was a $10 per night pet surcharge, plus one refundable $50 deposit per stay. After checking in and giving the clerk my visa for the pet fees, we went up to our room. I happened to look at my visa account later and noted two charges, the $50 one as expected, plus an additional charge of $67.50. The next morning at check out I brought this up to the clerk I told her about the policy on Expedia, which she pulled up on her computer to read herself. Her response was “we actually charge 65 per pet per night, plus $50 deposit.” And refused to bill it per their own written policy. Bad for business!
