The room was clean and quaint and the jacuzzi was a welcome reprive at the end of the day. Our only suggestion would be to turn the heat on this late in the fall as the room was on the coolish side.

Excellent location in old downtown Chilliwack. This is a heritage hotel, the building is old. There have obviously been many upgrades over the years but the character of the hotel definitely remains. It's not going to knock your socks off with features and finishes but the hotel staff are kind, capable and accommodating. My room was quite comfortable and I enjoyed being able to walk to many of the places I went during my stay.

Bed was comfortable, room was very clean, staff was great. I arrived late but their after hours check-in was seamless and very appreciated. The HVAC I'm the room was a bit loud, but I got a good night's sleep nonetheless. Good spot to stay the night on a long drive.

Not the fanciest hotel but cool to stay in a piece of history. Really liked the snacks and toiletries if you forgot your own. Would stay again.

Heritage says it all. Definitely an older landmark.. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. That's all that matters.

We stayed for one night for my husbands 65th birthday. I booked months in advance and decided to upgrade the room to deluxe with a bigger room and a claw bathtub. Our room was very small and no claw bathtub. We were there with friends 4 separate rooms in total. Their rooms were by far bigger than ours with claw tubs that I paid for and did not receive. I told the front desk that I was not really happy with my stay and he told me he would speak with the manager and ask about getting a bit of a refund on our room. Never heard back from anyone and was still charged the original deluxe room amount.

The place is definitely vintage/historic. Does not offer much in the way of amenities. Parking is not that great and had a hard time locating the entrance at first. Its not a separate building hotel like I'm use to. Was cute if you're into that old timey historic type of lodging. No elevator or ground floor rooms. Its not a place I would recommend to families or BMX folks. After the first night I understood why they leave ear plugs in the bathroom. Echoes a lot upstairs. I did like that they had a type of Keurig machine downstairs for coffee. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

For an older hotel in downtown chilliwack. The place is very nice and I got a deal the night I stayed there. Got the big suite with a jacuzzi bath tub. The beds are nice. I will stay here again in the future.

Entering the hotel was like stepping back in time. It is NOT like your run of the mill hotel. It IS clean. It IS well located making it a good base to walk/drive to see local attractions. I’d stay again for sure.

Mostly a good time... However the WiFi was a significant concern. I needed at least a 15 Mbps to do anything and was only getting 0.5 Mbps. After 30 minutes yhe staff was "finally" able to get me on their office WiFi to get me up to 20Mbps. So if you need the internet for any business or file transfers...give them a call ahead of time to see if they upgraded the issue. But the staff was great helping me out.

Old and dated hotel. Clean safe and convenient to downtown. Parking no issue. No elevator no ADA access. For the price, good. Quiet at night.

Great location and the room I stayed in was very well priced as it had a full kitchen and multiple rooms. The place is tired and in need of a refresh. The faucet in the kitchen Was kind of broken and seems like they haven’t updated the place in 20+ years. Was generally clean though and I enjoyed my quick one night say.

The bathtub, the walls in the room and the bathroom walls are dirty, the beds were super comfy but it was way to cold in the room the entire night and there was no heat we could turn on

the hotel has alot of charm but with that comes alot of setbacks the specific location is ery loud the store across the streets blasts music all day long starting early in the morning the walls are very thin so you can hear the other people stau=ying above and we did feel like room felt quite damp the chairs were damp to sit on and the air while sleepi
