The room was roomy. Bathroom sink counter small, but clean. The staff was very friendly. Good location, the gondola to Anakeesta is right across the street. Free breakfast was not bad, no breakfast meat, otherwise an ok selection.

Loved this hotel. Clean, spacious, comfortable, beds comfortable, loved our balcony room overlooking the water. Loved the big fridge and having access to a microwave. I didn’t check out the breakfast. Parking was great for us and close to where we were staying. I love that you can park there before you check in and we were able to check out and leave car there until 3 pm so we could go get something to eat before leaving. I will definitely stay here again. Location great, easy to access anything in Gatlinburg, and great place to see bears.

The Hotel is convenient. Parking was ok; the room was nice. The bed was firm. I like a pillow top type mattress, but there wasn't one. I enjoyed the shower.

Very clean room. Nice view of the river from the balcony. Saw 2 bears below the deck. Close walk to all in Gatlinburg. Friendly staff. Breakfast area is very small but satisfied our need for a weekend. Would stay here again.
