A Good Hotel, But a Major Issue in the Heat We stayed at this hotel and were generally happy with most things – the staff was friendly, the place was clean, and the location was convenient. However, one very important issue ruined our stay: the air conditioning did not work properly. In a hot climate, working air conditioning is not a luxury – it's a necessity. Although a technician came to check it, the issue wasn't solved. He said it was blowing air, but the real problem wasn't about air circulation – it was about cooling. The room simply didn’t cool down. As a result, we spent the whole night unable to sleep due to the heat, which really affected our comfort and overall experience. If the air conditioning had worked properly, we would have been very satisfied. But without proper cooling, we unfortunately cannot recommend the hotel during the warmer months.

We stayed there for 6 nights, the room was clean but they didn't come not even once to clean the room or take the trash during the 6 nights, the sofa bed was so rough and uncomfortable, we asked for a mattress and they said they will bring it the next day but they didn't, they didn't refill tissues for the toilet, however the room was good and the location was good as well near taksim square and the staff were friendly

A fuire.... La climatisation ne marche pas, l’accès à l’hotel est très difficile voire impossible pour une famille avec poussette. L’emplacement de l’hotel est ignoble plein de dechet au alentours grosse côte. Vetusté de l’immeuble, pas propre et pas entretenue. Je déconseille à toute personne en famille ou qui cherche un endroit propre. Le personnel est agréable mais ne sont pas du tout indulgent aucune négociation possible nous avons passé qu’une nuit et avons payer pour la semaine. Aucun remboursement de la part de l’hôtel.

Für meinen Aufenthalt in Istanbul bei einem Fussballspiel habe ich nach einer günstigen Unterkunft in der Nähe des Besiktas Parks (Tüpras Stadyumu) gesucht. Ich kam relativ spät Abends an und daher war die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt. Es hing eine Telefonnummer an der Tür. Der Mann am Telefon war nett und hat mir Zimmernummer und Tür-Code nennen können. Das Zimmer hatte eine provisorisch reparierte Dusche die aber grundsätzlich funktionsfähig war (die eigentlich angedachte Kopfbrause war nicht angeschlossen) Alles in allem war das Zimmer in einem akzeptablen Zustand und sauber genug. Preis/Leistung sehe ich als gut an, Es kostet verhältnismäßig wenig, dafür bekommt man die Basics abgedeckt.
