The first and fourth there was very loud consistent noise like a motor running all night. Even with ear plugs, the noise was extremely annoying and kept us awake all night. It wasn’t the air conditioning but coming from the walls. Although the staff was friendly, we are not recommendeing this hotel.

We only stayed at the hotel for one night but it was great. We got there early morning, and because they were completely booked up we were not able to check in early. Edward was amazing and helped to take our luggage, and gave us everything we needed for the beach. They also allowed us to sit on the roof top terrace, where we relaxed and slept for a few till our room was ready. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. There were 5 adults in the room and our oldest son said the couch was comfortable to sleep on. There was a lot to do around the hotel and plenty of restaurants and shoping. We didn’t rent a car so don’t know how the parking is there, but we were told it’s a little expensive. We walked around to the restaurants to eat and there were a lot to choose from, and all of them amazing. The beach is a short walk away, and the hotel provides you with a cart that has chairs and an umbrella, to make the beach more enjoyable. We will definitely be back to stay here again and for more than one night.

I am lazy to write a review but this one i have to say something.. something amazing! I had a very good experience with my one night stay at marriot vaction club. Ricardo the front desk receptionist is excellent! He accommodate me and my family as warm as Miami beach and as cool as vacation club! The location is perfect! The room is comfortable. Looking forward for future stay! Best for family with toddlers

First impression was a lovely hotel. Nice staff clean. But they started remodeling the entire hotel I’m assuming (by the look of disarray) the morning that we left. So we were woken up at 6am by construction and then housekeeping tried coming in at 8:30 when checkout is 11am. You couldn’t walk through the hallways because of the the totes that they were using to take stuff out of the rooms. I understand you have to remodel hotels, but do not book guests the night before it starts. It was very unprofessional.

Staff was always super helpful, professional, and attentive. JC and Edward were especially exceptional in their customer service. Both went out of their way to assist us. Beach cart in room was a fantastic perk! We loved the rooftop happy hours and empanadas! Perfect location—on the strip (Ocean Drive), but at quiet end closed off to cars. Tons of restaurants nearby and across street from beach. Lovely beach views from the roof top lounge area, a nice bonus area. Made up for not having a pool. We were there five days and it was the perfect hotel for us. Fridge and microwave, balcony, free washers and drivers with free detergent. Only downside was that the Uber pickup spot was a block away on Collins/14th. Drop off spot was fine at 1400 Ocean. But, this is more of an Uber issue than the hotel’s. Also, time share hawkers in the lobby, especially Patricia, were kind of annoying, but probably expected at a timeshare hotel (and we are already Marriott Vacation Club owners).

Excelente opção em Miami Beach

A localização é o ponto forte. Em frente ao Lummus Park. Dá para explorar Miami Beach à pé com tranquilidade. Quarto do hotel em perfeitas condições, bem espaçoso, limpo (sem carpete) e com cozinha compacta, o que facilitou nosso café da manhã, que não é disponibilizado pelo hotel. Disponibilizam um carrinho, com toalhas, guarda sol e cadeiras de praia. Também disponibilizam bicicletas para os hospedes por até 2 horas, mediante uma doação a partir de 5 dolares para uma instituição. A dificuldade é o estacionamento. O do hotel custa 50 dólares por noite. Há um estacionamento municipal próximo por 20 doláres a noite, mas fica lotado a partir das 16 horas. Só consegui vaga pela manhã. Gostamos bastante de nossa estadia. Com certeza, voltaríamos a nos hospedar no Marriott Vacation Club.
