Trocaram a estadia para o RQ Santiago

Com bastante antecedência nos informaram que ficaríamos em outro hotel da rede, fazendo um belo upgrade na nossa estadia. Ficamos no RQ Santiago. Todos os funcionários super bem educados e simpáticos. Nossa única reclamação é por conta de uma senhora funcionária do café da manhã, ela praticamente jogava os pratos na hora de repor a louça, gritava e era super ríspida com os hóspedes sem motivo algum. Demonstrava que não gosta de trabalhar nesta área. Outra questão são os banheiros, a banheira é perigosa ao sair, pois é escorregadia e pode acontecer um acidente ao sair do banho. De restante tudo muito bom!!! Adoramos .. ficamos 8 dias

Отель очень хороший для категории 3 звезды. Высокие этажи - красивый вид на город из окна, есть кондиционер, что важно для летнего периода, правда, его расположение прямо над кроватью ограничивает возможности по его использованию ночью. Завтрак хороший, но мне не хватало разнообразия фруктов (только яблоки и мандарины, ананас), учитывая их обилие в стране, а также совсем не предлагаются овощи.

Boa localização. Não há frigobar e nem filtro no local. Se vc tem sede: tem que sair para comprar água, imagina chegando tarde e não tendo nada aberto. Toma água da torneira ou morre de sede. Pensei que era um hotel e não é. Não há nada no site que indica ser um "flat". Se soubesse tinha procurado outro estabelecimento. Queria hotel.

Para mim foi desilusão. Reservei no Hotel RQ City Center, porém fui encaminhado para outro outro hotel do grupo. Não aceitei ficar e quis manter a minha reserva no RQ City Center. Esse apart hotel, fica em um prédio residencial e a portaria não é do hotel e sim do prédio. O check in é efetuado em uma sala separada. Café da manhã é péssimo e é deixado no quarto no dia anterior. Não recomendo!!!

Superou as expectativas

Confesso que a princípio estava na expectativa e apreensiva com a acomodação. Porem, quando fizer o check in fiquei encantada com a limpeza, conforto e serviço. Foi uma otima experiência e a localização do hotel não podia ser melhor. A apenas uma quadra da Plaza lá Moneda, com acesso a linha de metrô, igreja, inclusive catedral Metropolitana de Santiago, ou seja, com acesso fácil a quase tudo, desde cultura, história, compras e lanchonetes e restaurantes. Apenas o café da manhã deixou a desejar pois era deixado no quarto após a arrumação, e consistia de uma fruta, um cereal, uma.fatia de queijo, uma de peito de peito de peru, um iogurte, uma caixinha de de suco, uma.de leite e um.envelope de café solúvel. Falharam em não deixar a cafeteira ou porta filtros de café. Mas meamo.assim valeu a pena.

This is a tricky one to review as I didn't end up staying there. I arrived and found the hotel - make sure you have the exact address as there is no external signage to the hotel - it's in a multi-use building. Initial impressions were poor - totally ignored by the receptionist for about 5 minutes as he made phone calls and talked to a delivery driver. Then I discovered that the hotel was overbooked and that I had been switched to another hotel in the same group about 5 minutes away - the RQ Central. This was a totally different proposition - friendly, helpful reception. A superb, large newly refurbished suite - excellent in every way. Breakfast was in an attached restaurant and was pretty good. I would definitely stay in the RQ Central again but not so sure about the RQ City Centre.

Superou minhas expectativas

Antes de embarcar já havia visto alguns vídeos e lido alguns comentários sobre o hotel onde iria me hospedar. Sai do Brasil satisfeito com a escolha, porém ao chegar me surpreendi com a estrutura, conforto, atendimento e localização. Mesmo passando apenas as noites no hotel já que ficávamos a maior parte do dia na rua, o tempo que eu estive na comodidade era extremamente confortável e prazeroso. Sempre muito arrumado, arejado e bem iluminado. As camareiras além de simpáticas, tinham o trabalho de até mesmo dobrar algumas peças de roupas que eu deixava fora do armário. Me senti acolhido e extremamente bem cuidado.
