The hotel is family-run, and the entire team is incredibly warm, helpful, and dedicated. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and well taken care of. The rooms are beautifully modern while still keeping the authentic cave atmosphere – a perfect blend of comfort and charm. What really stood out was the personal touch: they even picked us up from the airport and brought us back at the end of our stay. The team also helped us with all our activities, always with a smile and great care. Thank you for this unforgettable experience! We’ll definitely be back!
