Room is very small, avoid coming here with large or multiple suitcases. You will need to be creative with your space usage otherwise. The top level is completely inaccessible, leaving you with about 6 square meters to put stuff and move around in. If you want to use the kitchenette or desk, you will need to stow the mattress and bedding.
A hand towel, bath towel, shampoo, body soap, and dish soap are provided. Shower is nice, toilet space is very small and may be a problem for tall people. Washing machine is not an extra because drying space is limited for large pieces like bedding and there's a coin laundry nearby. Hardly used the kitchenette.
Location is amazing: Directly connected to Shinjuku/Kabukicho, From Shinjuku and Takadanobaba, you can connect to other lines. If you arrive from Haneda Airport, you can take the Tokyo Metro to Daimon, and from there the Oedo line to Nakai. There's a konbini, food market and a few restaurants nearby.
Communication was excellent. Had a few questions I got an answer to pretty fast, but most things were properly explained in advance. Communication was in well written English. Communication is via the hotels.com chat.
Recommended for: Short term 1-4 night stays to explore West-Central Tokyo with a backpack/small suitcase while transferring your main luggage or shopping haul with Takkyubin or delivery service to the next hotel/airport.
