We arrived and getting the key was a whole show. Kept saying to get it from a coffee shop downstairs. After forty five mins of trying to find said coffee shop a kind lady helped me. She called the contact who is not in town. She informed me it was a number in Belgium. Once we finally got in it reeked of cigarettes and cheap airfreshener. We gave it one day and it did not clear. The floors were filthy as well as the bathrooms. I ended up paying for an airbnb and we left. They refused to compensate us or refund even a portion of it. What a way to start a vacation. Expedia wasn’t much help. Offered me points. That was it. Now these points have disappeared from my account. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. I will try and find another way for reimbursement. The contact has also ignored several requests and responds when they feel like it. Awful service and place.
