8/10 Very good

Not too bad.

The room was very nice and clean, bed is comfortable, bathroom is spotless clean. Staff is friendly. Only con is it's in a busy area, so very noisy.
Roberto, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

This place is like a motel charging by the hour, the room is very small. Was not able to sleep as they thought starting at 7am to drill on the walls was a good idea. Never again

I wish I could give this hotel negative stars, the bed feels like you’re sleeping on BRICKS! The room was clean but of course the sheets weren’t, had to wait more than 30 minutes for toilet tissue, asked for an extra pillow never got that until the next day when housekeeping was cleaning other rooms, locked out of our room the second night there, 2nd night someone next to us smoked allllll night long from weed to cigarette. The only good thing was we were close by family so we didn’t have to drive far. I WOULD NEVER DTAY HERE AGAIN!!

8/10 Very good

The property was good the staff are working well with what they are given. Someone should definitely be on top of the smoking and marijuana inside of the facility. Especially when people may have health conditions that could be affected by smoking inside of a facility specifically. Also, someone should keep loitering away from the front doors. Room was cleanly air conditioning did not work well which is not the greatest in the middle of a heat wave. The lack of rating is absolutely about the facility and not the staff. The staff are great.

2/10 Poor

No rest for the wear

The room was very small, no closet to hang your belongings, no desk, no chair, no counter to place your belongings, no iron and board, no hair dryer, the staff on my floor was cleaning at 1 and 2 am and you constantly hearing booming noise from the door opening and closing, the front dest had 1 clerk ( although he was very nice) on duty behind a big partition glass like a sleazy hotel. A couple was loud talking for over an hour at 1.30 am. Fortunately I lived in NYC for 40+ years and know it like the back of my hand, and I gave this hotel a try because it is brand new and the area is constantly being rebuilt, however I definitely would not recommend this hotel for anyone traveling from out of town.

The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke and weed, and there were air fresheners everywhere to try and mask it. Check in was very old school- paper sign-in and such. Checked in at midnight after a day of traveling. My room- 401- had curtains that didn’t fully cover the window, and a shower that leaked so the bathroom floor was soaked. I called for a different room, and got sent to 604. While this one had curtains that covered the windows, it smelled like artificial cleaner and smoke. The floor was not particularly clean and the curtains had crusted food(?) stains on them. Tv only partially worked. Walls were very thin. The surrounding area wasn’t great either (though that isn’t the fault of the hotel- just the area of Brooklyn you’re in). Would never stay again.
Claire, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The room did not have a remote control for the TV nor a chair for the desk and there was leftover food in the freezer in the refrigerator.

Pics online are deceiving. Rooms are tiny. Housekeeping is sparse, we has to hunt down extra towels and service for rooms. Hotel was in a bad area. Very loud early in the morning, so sleep was affected. Would not recommend for the price.
Tariq, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Staff is good, but they don't have hair dryer, even by request. Bed is comfortable, but in the room it may be cold (AC can heat) and noisy. Also during last evening we found few cockroaches in the room. As a good thing - it's possible to leave your stuff if you have evening flight.

Thumbs Down

Extremely small room, no safety bars in bathroom, no closet or hangars to hang clothes, no night lock on entryway door, no iron and iron board, no luggage carts for luggage! Definitely not worth staying even one night.

Hotel non insonorisé. Du bruit dans les couloirs et lors de la douche des voisins. Globalement propre. Nous avons dû faire notre chambre au cours de notre séjour de cinq nuits.

Cute Hotel

Great tiny hotel with just enough room for a sleep on a good bed. If you're looking for amenities or extravagance go somewhere else. If you're looking for for a great, comfortable and clean place to sleep while on vacation this place is perfect!

Not great - smoking buds and smell all over

Stay was not great, the cleaned room contains cigarette buds and unclean. It says non smoking area but you get the smell of smoking all over

8/10 Very good

Fine for a short stay, we had to pay the early check in fee in cash. Free parking lot in the back was nice. Walls are pretty thin so you can hear street noise. Hallway and elevator smelled like cigarettes which was a down side. Surrounding area is pretty quiet, just folks going to and from work no nonsense for the most part.
