It was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in , it was so noisy. Also it would have been nice to know that it was above a brothel. The whole street is lined with brothels . People partying until 6 am everyday also no A/C so we had to sleep with our window open . Never again . Room too small, too hot , too noisy, area around the hotel is dirty and had lots of men hanging out on each end of the street. Did not feel safe.

Das war die schlimmste Hotelerfahrung, die ich je gemacht habe! Es war draussen extrem laut. Die Musik war so laut, dass ich überhaupt nicht schlafen konnte. Als ich das Fenster geöffnet habe, um etwas Luft hereinzulassen, schlug mir sofort starker Zigarettenrauch entgegen, und die Menschen und die Musik waren unerträglich laut. Zudem war es im Zimmer extrem heiß. Der Ventilator hat überhaupt nicht geholfen. Ich werde definitiv nie wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

There’s air conditioning, the room was so hot, the bathroom didn’t have any ventilation, they had ants in the room as well. Don’t book this hotel in the summer it’s so hot and you’ll wake up in sweat.

I think that the management of the hotel is really trying to accommodate, but they are still new and need to sort out a few things. For example, weekend customer service was not helpful. Giving advice and options re parking (indicating pricing) and breakfast would be very helpful. The hotel is hip, stylish and clean, we loved bathroom albeit it was tiny. Location is very close to downtown. Unfortunately, we were right next door to a pub (noisy) and a block away is some sort of sex entertainment street. One night we were awaken by a drunk person banging on hotel front door yelling and screaming. Not a big deal, if you are staying one night in Centrum and need a good rate, and not a young family. Overall our impression was positive, and we wish hotel management best of luck!

Horrible location!

Horrible hotel and location! We arrived around midnight Sunday and were shocked to find no reception and no way to enter the hotel. We felt unsafe standing outside, as the area was filled with noisy bars, gang members and prostitutes. This alone is the main reason we will never return. When we finally got into the room, the air was bad and smelled strange. As it was on the ground floor, we didn’t feel safe opening the windows, but had to because it was unbearably hot. The air from outside was filled with cigarette smoke from neighbors. We were also surprised there was no cupboard in the room. I called your company four times, explained that we were staying for a week, and asked for a room on a higher floor with a cupboard. Each time I was kept waiting, told I’d be called back, but no one did. Finally, I received an email offering an “upgrade” if we paid extra – which was completely unacceptable. On top of this, the noise at night was terrible, and we even found cockroaches in the room and entrance hall. The only positive was the style and size of the bathroom, but overall the experience was very disappointing and we will never return.
