Well appointed- Centrally located. Very Clean. A complimentary bottle of Spanish Tempranillo and chocolates were a welcome surprise. The ability to securely store luggage prior to our check-in time with toilet facilities and a small open-air patio, were most appreciated. The roof-top terrace's view of Gaudi's basilica is spectacular! Very quiet in the room despite being on a busy thoroughfare where all the hustle and excitement of the City are just outside. Kudos to the architect and artist for the unique design.

The room was nice and clean, it was a nice welcome wine too when we arrived. Laundry was very handy, they provided some washing pillow and for washing up liquid. Air conditioner was easy to use, the room was nice warm so we did use some times most of evenings.

Very clean and amazingly accessible to the Sagrada (2 minute walk) and downtown Barcelona near the beach (40 minute walk). Having access to a kitchen and washer/dryer was great and appealing. The room was comfortable and had a washer and dryer, which was very convenient during our stay. The air conditioning was great, especially after long days out. Communication during check-in and throughout our stay was smooth, and we always felt well taken care of. Their thoughtful hospitality really made us feel welcome and comfortable. The facilities were well equipped, and we never experienced any inconvenience during our stay. It was a perfect balance of sightseeing, rest, and everyday comfort, which allowed us to truly enjoy our time in Barcelona. If we have the chance to visit Barcelona again, we would definitely love to stay here once more. Highly recommended.

Space was nice and conveniently located to sites and transportation. Unit could have included a few more basics, such as tea towels to dry dishes, un stained table cloth, and perhaps a roll of paper towels for shorter stay customers. The lock boxes for the keys were not convenient, as the numbers would continue to roll after each was set, the keys didn’t easily fit into boxes. These boxes should be updated. Overall, it was nice. Heavy police presence a block over was curious and made one wonder about safety in the neighbourhood.

This was a wonderful retreat in the heart of Barcelona. Though it's only a couple of blocks away from Sagrada Familia, it's on a quiet street in a walkable and safe neighborhood with many stores and restaurants nearby for food and shopping. The apartment was a decent size, especially for Europe, and easily fit my family with the queen bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living / dining / kitchenette room. The small balcony was charming and we enjoyed eating or just relaxing there regularly. It came with an all in one washer/dryer unit that North Americans will not be familiar with, since the machine does both at once. Look it up! It also had two heat pumps, one in each room, which kept the temperature cool on hot days. It also had a fridge, stove top, and full set of dishes so it was possible to do light cooking at eat at home. The apartment was very clean and thoughtfully prepared for our stay with treats, a bottle of wine, and clear communication. We loved the elevator that opened directly into the apartment! We will stay here again next time we're in Barcelona.
