Property manager was out of country and had to coordinate with on-site employee who was not only foreigner but also lack of knowledge as the employee seemed to be very new. The employee was nice to accommodate us as we requested but only after our communication via phone app with the property manager. A bed bug was found on first day of our arrival, requested for heated pool on 2nd day with additional cost in cash due to the property manager being out of town, didn’t even heat the pool in timely manner when we requested two hours prior to our return to the hotel. They knew that the heating system had to be turned on WAY ahead of time due to smell issue and THAT caused us to leave their property while communicating through phone app. Unfortunate outlier for our family trip and had to waste time which is inevitable results that can’t be compensated and led to book a better hotel for premium hospitality. Giving two stars for overall.
