One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. This is a 4-star hotel, but the service was nowhere near that standard.
Our room wasn’t cleaned for the first 5 days, and after moving to another room it wasn’t cleaned again for another 7 days. We also had an ant infestation. Ants got into our food, and instead of fixing the problem, the staff gave us insect spray and expected us to deal with it ourselves.
Before extending our stay, the hotel manager agreed through WhatsApp to a special long-term rate. I have screenshots confirming this. A few days later, another manager told us he no longer worked there and that none of his promises would be honoured. We felt completely misled.
After check-out, we were even told we couldn’t wait in the hotel cafeteria for 2-3 hours, despite wanting to order food and drinks. During the dispute over the final bill, the staff even threatened to call the police. The hotel first demanded around €540, but after I questioned the charges, I finally paid about €200.
After spending nearly €1,000 here, I was told never to come back, despite causing no damage or problems. My partner suffered panic attacks because of the stress this situation caused. I travel extensively and have never experienced treatment like this before. I cannot recommend this hotel and will never return.
