Upon checkout, the front desk said that the credit card provided from Hotels.com was rejected, and wanted me to contact Hotels.com to fix the problem. I felt this was extremely poor service, and I told them that they should them to clear up the problem. I searched the Hotels.com app, but I could not find a number for customer support. This was the worse experience I’ve ever had with Hotels.com.
