We checked if we had to book parking over the phone, got told no need, ask for price, got told free for hotel guests. After making our booking, the next day we rec6an email, saying parking was $25 per night, so I phoned the hotel again, yes that is correct, so whenI said I called the other day and was told it was free, apparently they have new staff and I was given incorrect information. Then I prebooked in to save time lining up to book in, only to be told once we arrived and waited 15 minutes to get served, that this hotel does not accept prebookings, seriously why waste my time, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth and Pullman is off my list of places I will stay in the future, horrible customer service all round.
