The on screen, virtual agent, checking someone in, was not a great experience. When someone comes in for a five hour sleep, so they can continue driving, and a check-in takes close to 20 minutes. That is awful. We spent about 8% of our stay checking in, when we already had a reservation. In general, the place does not give off the vibes of being safe. It is designed like one of those convenience stores were bad drug deals go down at 3 o'clock in the morning. I prefer paying $50-$60 more and having a much better experience. The betting was not fantastic, the bathroom door did not lock. This is the first poor review that I have left and I've been a member of Hotels.com for over 20 years. Was it awful? It could be worse. It was mostly clean and while I was not checking in, I was able to get some sleep. Would've also helped the virtual guy process faster, if it was not for some sort of alarm ringing in our ear as we were checking in. Not the worst place, however, I would not recommend it.
