The hotel was clean, safe, and comfortable. Only a little over a block from the town square and close to the markets as well. We stayed a week in Oaxaca, and for us the hotel was perfectly located for all the things we wanted to do.

Great Service. Nice hotel in the center of Oaxaca city. You can walk out of the hotel and have shops, stands and restaurants nearby. I loved staying here for the location and the hotel rooms were clean and comfortable to stay in. Will be coming back!

Loved the open air bar/breakfast area. Staff was great and helpful... the only issue was with the wifi, just in and out. not worth a lower rating though. Charming and clean with a fantastic mezcal margarita! would definitely go back.

I reserved a room for multiple days no problem then I ended up having to stay an extra night and payed more for it well they changed me to a different room after I payed for the same room , went to the guy named Andres he tried to sabotage me and tell me that if I cancelled my room and paid him more pesos he’d give me the same room so I didn’t have to change rooms. Rude and poor service

At the first night we had a terrible experience by next door guest. And second night, the heater wasn't working. Beside those experience, everything was great. Location 5.0/5.0, Staff 5.0/5.0, Amenty 3.5/5.0 (No refrigerator, Heater wasn't working). Had a litrle nosie by bar next to hotel or guests, but it was okay. Average 4.0 total. Frendly staffes were 10.0!!

Excellent property in a phenomenal location. Very clean and the staff was very friendly and attentive. AC was ice cold and worked well. Only issue is encountered is you can hear all of the noise in the courtyard at all times of the evening. Nevertheless excellent stay would highly recommend hotel.

Fantastic location. Clean and friendly service. Great value. Only warning is that it can at times be loud due to the rooms all being around a courtyard that has seating and you can hear what's going on out there. It's reasonable, but if you're very particular about quiet then this might put you off.
