Hotel overall is a bit dated, could do with a freshen up especially externally. Reception was well kept and the bar/restaurant was very nice. Great service throughout, dinner was excellent but breakfast isnt that of a 4 star hotel quality.
Room was clean but the shower head was broken/hanging off the wall. Shower itself was just a glass screen bolted to the wall and not sealed, so water escaped underneath and across the whole bathroom. Cleaners were friendly and thorough in their job.
The worst part that seriously needs looking at was the beds. Incredibly uncomfortable, almost like sleeping on a concrete slab. The pillows just as solid, resulting in very little sleep.
Potential for the hotel to be great if a bit of time and money was pumped back into it. Didnt use the pool so cant comment on that. The gym could do with an update with more CV machines, it seemed very weight training specific. Also not a very pleasant smell in the lift.
Location was great for what I needed, but possibly a bit out of the way for those wanting to be near to Patras.
Had a good stay, but it was spoilt by the beds unfortunately. Would seriously urge the hotel to look at something far more comfortable.
