Clean. Flooring is like... loose? it's acceptable for the cheapest place in town. The parking lot (Canada in winter) was mostly plowed, with a truck that seems to be a permanent fixture, if I had a trailer I couldn't have even pulled in. Tiniest room I've ever stayed in, but since I was alone it was acceptable. Bathroom was excellent. Heating was either too hot or too cold, it was -12 the night I stayed, so maybe the small radiant heat on the outer wall was freaking out due to the extreme temp? Overall I'd say it was fine, checking in was actually the best experience with a simple code to open the door, I arrived late at night and didn't need to deal with anyone, just walked up and went in with my code. . Two hangers on the short wall, since it was winter I had a heavy coat to hang, so a multiple day stay would have been a pain with no place to put luggage other than the rack in the corner. So... not the nicest place ever, not the worst, overall good experience at a fair price for the area.
