This place might be the best bargain on the island as far as lodging is concerned. The room is clean and spacious, and the pool is nice. Lots of places to eat nearby. And several dive shops within walking distance. Is kind of noisy sometimes.

The restaurant in the pics is closed it’s only a 5 min walk from the water taxi once u reach San Pedro . They also have golf carts for rent if it’s not too busy for average price .Doo not get the basic room get the pool view . The microwave is in the main office an instant coffee no microwave in your personal room

This was our second stay at Tropical Palace and we really enjoyed it again. Free airport pickup, friendly staff and owners, and a very convenient location made our stay easy and comfortable. The hotel is just a few minutes south of the airport and close to many restaurants. The room was clean and included two towels, two washcloths, soap, and shampoo. We recommend bringing your own toiletries for added convenience. The beach is literally just one minute away.

The rooms and grounds were spotless. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. They even helped us extend our trip to New Year's. It's definitely a little Tropical paradise. Beds are comfy. The AC is cold. Wifi works well. Super close to the beach. Not too close to town. But not too far either. They also rent golf carts and have a nice restaurant on property. Cannot wait to return.
