Every thing was great the only thing that I would recommend would be like a curtain over the bathroom entryway

All the staff are very helpful especially Ms Camille she helps me a lot with all my requests especially that my reservation is only for four days but we end up staying for ten days because of my mother’s cataract operation. I truly appreciate everyone job well done and I have another reservation coming up next two weeks. KUDOS

8/10 Muy buena

The room was clean and comfy, which I liked. The only downside was that the TV remote didn’t work, and there was a table for dining but just one chair, which felt a bit incomplete. Overall, still a nice stay!

This was the loudest hotel I have ever stayed at in the Philippines. Beware - do not stay here if you value your sleep!

Bathroom door missing no privacy
Opinión verificada

6/10 Buena

Hotel is nice and covers all the basic needs, but our room was a family room and it was missing the bathroom door so leaves no privacy for adutls and teenagers of the opposite sex. Other than that everything else was fine.

I recently booked a one-day stay at Primeway Suites Cebu for my family and friends, and I am thrilled to share that everyone was very satisfied with the experience. The rooms are incredibly spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. The attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms was particularly impressive. Overall, the stay was delightful, and I would highly recommend Primeway Suites Cebu to anyone looking for quality accommodations in the area. see you soon for Sinulog Festival 2025

I liked everything except when I asked for extra towel I was told I had to give them one I used first and then they would give me one. I don’t understand why that was and it felt rude to me. But other than that I liked the hotel.

The front desk staff are untrained and rude. They lack customer service skills. We requested two keys as my companion and I share the room but to no avail. The staff are also not stationed in the front desk as they usually chit chat inside the room behind the desk. I ringed the bell and they got out annoyed that it seems I am disturbing their gossiping. The staff here are very unprofessional.
