The staff was very nice and quickly responded when there were issues in my room. The hotel could definitely use some TLC. The location was excellent and I never needed to pay to travel because it was walkable to most things and the tram was also just a block or two away. The tram is free within a certain zone which covers most of the CBD. The spa tub worked really well and was a nice perk.
