The property is located in a magnificent area. The significant trouble that I had was the lack of instructions for check in or bag drop off. I am a solo female traveller, who had just disembarked off a really early morning flight and had to ask for help from the locals while I waited for the instructions because I was stranded when I arrived at the property.

Good location. Room and bathroom and hallway area very clean. Nice petite balcony to enjoy the views (we had Etna view) Buzzzzling flea market with a lot of fresh produce / yummy fruits. Room is fresh and pleasant to stay in. Some noise coming from the main entrance area when travellers coming in/out or conversations held in this common area, but nothing major to complaint. I would suggest sending the check in instructions 24 hours before the check in as promissed as not everyone has internet access and having no check in instructions 5 hours prior to arrival is no fun :) Great experience overall - thank you.

This property is conveniently situated within walking distance of major monuments and restaurants. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The room featured modern decor and provided ample storage space. Bed linens and towels were fresh and hygienic. Located on the fifth floor, the property requires a special key to operate the elevator, which will be waiting for you in the room upstairs. This arrangement may pose some inconvenience on the first day, particularly if guests have substantial luggage to carry upstairs. Another potential drawback is the property's location on a street that hosts a daily market. The area is often crowded and noisy; while this did not pose an issue for me, it is worth noting that after the market closes, the streets become heavily littered and appear to be inadequately cleaned. Overall, my experience with this property was positive, and I would recommend it.

The location of the property is excellent. Walkable distance to Central Station which can also be reached by bus or metro. The stop for the airport bus is also close. The condition of the room was also great - clean and functional The area around the property isn’t the most welcoming, that’s the only con.

The room was very clean and it was easy to communicate with the hotel. The hotel was located in a very central area, so a perfect place for a weekend trip! All in all a good experience and would book again :)

Looks can be deceiving. The area around this is quintessential Catania. Street markets, trash, but let me tell you this room was top notch. Excellent staff and a great value.

Loved my stay at this gorgeously decorated apartment. The street it is on is not so clean but it is very centrally located and walkable from very scenic and interesting places to eat and see, and the people in the neighborhood are very friendly. I strongly advise arriving in the daytime if you can.

Good sty at this hotel. It actually has no reception but is very easy to get in and the instruction are very clear. If you are coming from the AirPort, the alibus will drop you off a few minutes away. Nice to have terasse, a few minutes from the etna corso where you will find nice shops and monuments. The room is modern. Loved our stayed there.

Don’t let appearances fool you - even though the area is unassuming and not immediately apparent, the accommodations provided by this location were excellent! If you drive in, there is a parking garage one block away and it is peaceful to haul luggage from it to the location. Every morning, we woke up to a lively and bustling market and, with many coffee shops throughout, you will surely enjoy your stay. Definitely recommended!

Essentially just rooms on one floor of a large building. No staff permanently on site or for cjeck but all done very simply with keypads. The rooms are modern and kept very clean on a daily basis by friendly staff . Market outside the building but no problem with noise. Restaurant and bars within a couple of minutes walk. Excellent value, I would use again
