Positive, the room was clean. That’s about it. No hair dryers, by the way. Breakfast bar countertops and tables were filthy. And Decaf coffee was instant packets. Some food was “out of stock.” Hallways, elevator, and common areas were almost always covered with red dirt and garbage. Probably says a lot about who stays there but housekeeping obviously can’t keep up. And speaking of housekeeping, we requested a late check out two days in advance. We were told she would tell the manager. Went to go to our meeting the last day and stopped at the desk to verify how late we could check out. We were told we didn’t have late check out and couldn’t have it because the manager never received our request. She wouldn’t budge. Said two other people were on the list and they didn’t have enough housekeeping staff to allow more than that, even though technically we should have been first on the list. One last thing, the elevator often shuddered at the first floor. I happened to notice the inspection certificate on the wall of the elevator - it expired three months prior. Poorly managed, not on top of things. Would avoid this place.
