We actually did a staycation since we like how Embassy Suites are and their heated pools.
They definitely need better customer service starting with the receptionist. We walked up and not even a smile much less a greeting. Did the transaction and the whole time she looked mad/annoyed to be there. The people, what the breakfast were the same, no smile.
The elevators scared me because they are very squeaky and move alot and it seems they are going to fall off. This is a new property, so i'm not sure if they were in a rush to finish it, but to me that is a huge safety issue.
Apart from that, the room was nice. It had a divided living room space so that was a plus. The breakfast was very good, the only thing is I wish they gave an extra hour, since you're supposed to be in resting mode and it kind of sucked having to wake up early to be able to get ready in time for breakfast.
The pool was nice and heated, but the pool room had a very very strong smell of chlorine odor. It was so much it actually caused a lil difficulty breathing.
Honestly, unsure if we will be back to this location for our next staycation.
