one of the 2 elevators didnt work the whole stay they dont clean your room unless you tell them to ( but no one mentions this ever until you complain) they said its every other day however this wasnt done in 3 days

1. Not enough elevators, it takes close to 15 mins each time to go up or down, 2. Water pressure for shower is so low it took twice as long to take a shower. Terrible 3. Asked for something they said they will send it but no one e er showed up. Over all experience poor.
