A very disappointing experience. While the building is nice, the service at the spa is nice, but the rest of the experience certainly doesn’t match a 4* hotel !
First : you arrive, at the “parking” : they let you in, but although there are empty spots, they claim the park is full so you have to get out and go to “a very useful garage next to it”… they didn’t even let us check in : we had to get out of the parking first… welcome !!! They also didn’t tell us that this useful parking was twice as expensive as their claimed parking spots on the hotel site : 48€ a day instead of claimed 25.
Then : let’s be clear : Superior room means “basic room”, and if you don’t pay for sea view, be honest and don’t say “city view” but parking view : you know : the one we didn’t get a place in…..!!
When you’re really lucky : you get the 101 room : for disabled people… and if you’re not disabled before, you really risk being it after : the bathroom is so dangerous : the showerhead hanging in corner, no separation (even a curtain) : you spray water everywhere, and having to make 3 meters on such a slippery floor….amazing… the sink is broken and the mirror has no light : the only light bulb is over the towels, 3m behind you !! And finally if you want to go to the toilet, be prepared : we had to ask 3 times over 2 hours time to have some toilet paper…
And finally, you know the parking lot ? It is also the delivery place, at morning, when trucks arrive…
Visit this hotel, but stay somewhere else!
