Writing this review to help fellow travelers to avoid a huge spam , this is the first time I experience such a huge gap between Hotel.com description and the actual situation, unlike the 7.8 online reviews , I would rate it 3 out of 10.
The Grand Ginza Hotel is in fact a very poor managed hotel with unbelievable low quality room, first , the size of the room is the smallest I have witnessed, compared to other hotels , it's a ripoff, I can barely move around in the 2 meter long , 1 meter wide walk way with a my . Second, the furniture is either chipped or stained. Look at the picture , thirdly , what kind of hotel offers only ONE pillow ? Not four, not two, but just one! Finally, the bathroom ......dim light, rustic fixtures, if I get a chance to look at the actual picture ( not a polished ) before I book, I would have known that I am going to stay in a motel room not a so called 3 and half hotel :(
Yes, Ginza , by all means , a prime location in Tokyo , but with the sufficient transportation, that doesn't mean you have to downgrade your room to such low level !
Oh, only ONE tiny elevator for this grand Ginza hotel, if you need to catch a train to the airport , be prepared to wait 20 mins .
