I rented MONTHS ahead of time, for Biketoberfest. I wasnt given ANY details or arrangemets until AFTER the deadline to cancel for full refund. How convenient. No trailers on property allowed. Had to arrange a spot MILES away. Ridiculous. And no parking of my vehicle on location, either. Had to park across the busy road. Absolutely unreasonable. Shouldve notified us of those issues. Luckily, a place nearby i frequent had vacancy, so we ended up there and didnt even check in to this disappointent. Never again...

Room was very nice and clean. Unfortunately parking was terrible due to the parking garage being closed, we had to walk across the street behind businesses to park which was a HUGE inconvenience, especially at night because there was no lights. The pool was also closed so there were no amenities to enjoy.

Access to the beach was difficult, room smelled moldy, you can feel the mattress springs, dirty comforter( we went across the street to purchase our own), and everything but TV is outdated.

The place is run down, no imenities whatsoever. I would not recommend this place to any one. I stayed there 2 years ago, it was very good. Since the hurricane, the place needs a rebuild.

Horrible experience, the room looked like no one stayed in there for a long time, the dishes were dirty, the sheets was like if they were from a jail, the door was broken and it was nothing available at the resort,I checked out and stay somewhere better!!!!!!

We never ended up staying at the property we showed up there the facility had no amenities (pool,restaurant,out side area) so disappointed. Refund has been requested. The room Was disgusting, found 2 dead roaches approximately 2 inches long, 1 live roach running around the hallway door frame atleast 3 inches long. You can’t cancel or you lose your payment so you’re stuck keeping the lights on and checking your luggage before you leave. I will never book through the Airbnb again

Unfortunately all of the amenities are closed as of 8/25/2024. We booked specifically for the kiddie pool area and it was not disclosed that the pool deck was still in ruins from hurricane damage. The room was beautiful and very clean, super easy access to the beach so we made the most of our stay!

When I arrived parked my vehicle to be checked in. The white blonde headed lady was very rude (rushing people to unload their cars, using the cart and to get on and off) the elevator. I have never experienced anything like this before. Shown on the pictures of the resort the balcony was very tiny, I requested a 1 queen size bed ended up with a double bed. Very very unhappy guest.

This was a terrible choice to stay at. There were no bath towels and the bed linen was questionable. Not even any coffee. Our host, Vacasa, was useless. Started communicating with them on arrival and we never got anything but promises of they would get the their local staff to help. They would even confirm they had tried. We dried off with hand towels the first night and bought beach towels The next night. So much for Customer Service. Would not recommend
